Brief about history

This specifity came to us from the countries of South America – Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay and Brazil. When Jesuit missionaries came to convert indigenous people, they discovered that the favorite drink of these Indians was just yerba mate. These are dried leaves of yerba mate. It has been observed that yerba mate removes fatigue, which is an advantage of high caffeine content in dried fruit.

Jesuits fascinated by this drink began to promote its drinking in Europe, but when the order was liquidated, Europeans for many years forgot about yerba mate.

About yerba mate

At the Pasteur Institute in Paris in 1964, a group of scientists conducted research on natural sources of vitamins. In the research report it was written that it is difficult to find a plant with such a high content of vitamins and minerals as it is in Mate “; It contains virtually all the vitamins needed for survival “*

Yerba mate, in addition to stimulation, improves mood and even personally I can say this because I often drink it in the form of tea packaged in a bag.

Yerba mate contains vitamins A, C, E, B1, B2, riboflavin, nicotinic acid; magnesium, calcium, iron, sodium, potassium, manganese, silicon, phosphorus, sulfur, hydrochloric acid, citric acid, choline and others.

Is the source of the so-called xanthine. Xanthines are alkaloids that slightly stimulate Xanthine derivatives are caffeine, paraxanthin (a stimulant of the central nervous system), theophylline (found in tea leaves) and theobromine (found in cocoa). **

Yerba mate eliminates the feeling of hunger, so it is useful during the reduction period.

When we read labels of fat burners on many of them, we encounter the extract of yerba mate.
