The Paleo diet is a diet system that is based on the results of research seeking answers to how our ancestors fed. Due to the fact that only about 10,000 years ago the development of agriculture occurred, we are not adapted to the current products we eat. This has been confirmed by the fact that our DNA is no different from our ancestors from 40,000 years ago.
Before the development of agriculture, before the start of cultivating grain products, legumes, breeding domestic animals, our ancestors did not know any diseases. The research shows that our ancestors had a fairly low level of body fat, thanks to the appropriate selection of products they consumed.
On the other hand, 10,000 years ago, a great change took place, a big bum for our body that continues. The amount of fruit and vegetables we eat has decreased, and the amount of hunting for pets has decreased. All this has resulted and still results in a negative effect on our body.
By changing the way of feeding, feeding on the products to which we are genetically adapted, we will properly nourish our body enjoying a nice look and health.
