Thanks to a good diet you will feel better

Contrary to what many people think, a healthy and wholesome diet does not necessarily have to be associated with a feeling of permanent frustration associated with refusing to own favorite dishes. The daily modification restricting the intake of highly processed foods and providing for the introduction of high-quality, nutritious foods usually leads to an improvement of well-being quite quickly. In other words – eating better we have a chance to feel better too!

There is a large amount of evidence that indicates that people who eat unhealthy every day are much more likely to experience mood discounts. There are many indications that consistent reproduction of nutritional errors leads, among others, to to lower sleep quality, decrease resistance to stress, tendency to impulsive behavior, and even increase the risk of depression. These data are confirmed in the results of scientific research!

The mechanisms underlying this unfavorable dependence are two-dimensional. On the one hand, a diet based on poor quality products is deficient in important nutrients, and on the other hand, it abounds in compounds that negatively affect the body (here we refer to refined sugars, hydrogenated fats rich in harmful trans isomers and certain preservatives and dyes).
