Healthy changes in diet during the op
Overweight and obesity among Polish society is a problem that is growing at an alarming rate. The most common cause of excessive body weight is poor diet and too little physical activity. Holidays are a very good moment to look at what we eat and straighten the food mistakes we made earlier.
Summer at the Polish lake. A beautiful, sunny day. Children play on the beach cheerfully, swim in the lake or build sand castles. This cheerful picture, however, saddens the sight of excessive fat tissue both among children and adults. Usually, the overweight people drink sweet drinks, of course in huge amounts, because in the heat there is a much greater thirst. They also bite salty snacks, ice cream and junk food. The sad thing is that these people do not realize the harm they inflict on themselves by deciding on these unhealthy pleasures. Obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease or some cancers are just some of the fatal consequences of poor nutrition.
Holidays good for healthy changes
Of course, holidays are a time when we want to take a break from all problems of everyday life, rush and often eat differently than every day. It is difficult to take yogurt with cereals or a vegetable salad on the beach. We let ourselves more often to a pizza or a bun. Of course, this is not a bad thing if such food sometimes appears, but it is in the holiday is better to look at what we eat and try to eliminate the worst.
