Apple cider vinegar is also a valuable medicine for the circulatory system and cardiovascular system. Also in dermatology it is used as a skin cleansing substance with anti-allergic properties. Undiluted, applied directly to the skin heals her various ailments.

Regular consumption of apple cider vinegar has been shown to have a positive effect on the level of glucose in the blood. It is believed that the acetic acid contained in it affects the release of the process of digestion of foods in the stomach and, consequently, slower absorption in the intestine – this prevents a rapid increase in blood sugar.

Apple vinegar for slimming ?

Apple vinegar is also an excellent preparation for slimming. Added to dishes, it stimulates the digestive system to work, cleanses the body,  and helps to break down fats, helping to reduce body weight.

Apple cider vinegar has an appetizing effect. Consumed in small quantities, it accelerates the metabolism and also burns fat tissue and prevents it from accumulating. Effect? After eating it, we stop being hungry and at the same time eat smaller portions of food. It is assumed that people who want to reduce their weight should consume vinegar 3 times a day in the form of an aqueous solution (2 tablespoons per glass of water). Drink the drink on an empty stomach in the morning and then before a meal (eg lunch and dinner) for a few weeks. The drink can be sweetened with honey.

It should be remembered that when using apple cider vinegar, it is necessary to stick to the fixed dose. Excessive use of vinegar can lead to stomach problems. In addition, it is recommended to take several weeks breaks in its use.

How to prepare apple vinegar yourself?

To make the apple vinegar yourself, you will need: apple skins or whole apples passed through the juicer. Mash or peel should be poured over cooled, boiled water with the addition of cane or plain sugar (2 tablespoons per glass of water). If vinegar is made from apple pulp, you can add yeast to the mixture, as well as a piece of wholemeal bread.

The vinegar prepared in this way should be transferred to stoneware vessels and allowed to stand for about 3 weeks, then strained, poured into glass bottles.
