Myth 7 If I lose weight, I will start …

… exercise, eat healthily, realize my plans, let myself pass my passion, find love, change my job, I will dress better, because everything goes wrong … And now?It does not make sense … Only when I lose weight, I will start living!You fail to realize your plans, so you are dead.You put aside yourself, your plans, your life forever after.And in this way – at your own request – you deprive yourself of the right to happiness.You set yourself the conditions to be fulfilled, and life escapes!It is going on anyway!

Such an attitude is often the result of blaming yourself of responsibility for your decisions, choices and consequences associated with them.Until I lose weight – I do not have to.It is so comfortable for you, because if you lose weight, perhaps with the kilos, the excuse will disappear and something you do not want to see now will be revealed.Your loneliness, dissatisfaction with work, bad nutrition and all this unhappiness that is not the result of overweight at all.Remember, obesity and overweight are not problems but they are symptoms.
