Nuts, seeds, especially pumpkin, flaxseed, fatty fish, are high-fat products extremely valuable to our health, which are found in our low-fat diet. They contain beneficial for the work of the brain and the entire nervous system omega-3 fatty acids. However, rememberthat only a tablespoon of linseed a day or 5 walnuts is enough to cover the daily demand for omega 3. After adding even such a high-fat product, our diet will still be a low-fat diet thanks to which you will be able to enjoy good health.

 

A good diet for athletes

Low-fat diet is low in fat and, consequently, rich in carbohydrates, which should be the basis of the diet. Carbohydrates are especially important for athletes, because thanks to them it is possible to quickly replenish the glycogen stores necessary for physical exercise, and also allow for quick regeneration of muscle fibers right after training. The low-fat diet contains a slightly higher amount of protein compared to the traditional diet, which is also beneficial for athletes, and people who want to lose some kilos. Thanks to the increased supply of protein, we can be calm that we contribute to that our muscles and body proteins are not consumed for the energy needs of the body. Then the spare fat, which everyone would like to get rid of easier, will disappear from our belt, waist or hips.
