Aubergine dishes

The eggplant flavor makes the vegetable very well with various additions.They allow you to make a lot of tasty dishes.An interesting proposal is, for example, eggplants stuffed with rice.To prepare this dish you need one eggplant, 100 grams of rice, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, a clove of garlic, 2 tomatoes, a pinch of pepper and a small handful of basil.Add the olive oil, pressed garlic, diced tomatoes, pepper and basil to the cooked rice.The stuffing prepared in this way must be put into the eggplants, after removing the pulp from them.The dish should be baked for about half an hour, at a temperature of 190 degrees C. Another suggestion is grilled aubergine salad.Its preparation is very simple.Simply combine the slices of vegetables (400 grams) removed from the grill with one packet of feta cheese, a handful of black olives, a bit of balsamic vinegar, a pinch of pepper and a spoonful of chopped basil.From this amount of ingredients you can get four portions of salads, each of which will be less than 190 kcal.
