I know that color press, colleagues and colleagues with one voice warn against eating dinner too late.
Of course, the evening of eating a pizza or sweets is devastating for health and figure, but that does not mean that dinner should be denied. Especially if you train in the evening you need to provide the necessary regeneration of nutrients after the effort!
